Haier is looking for a strategic, technically sound, and results-driven Utility Project Section Head – P2 to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and coordinate utility designs covering power, energy, industrial gases, water/RO plants, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure engineering designs comply with local regulations, international standards, and plant capacity requirements.
- Support RFQs, bidding, cost estimation, vendor proposal evaluation, and contract reviews.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Ensure quality and HSE standards through site inspections, material checks, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with design consultants, PMC, site teams, commercial teams, and management, providing regular project progress reports.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in utility Management, industrial projects, or plant infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, industrial gases, water/RO systems, steam and fire protection systems.

Haier is looking for a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented Manager General Building – M1 to lead and oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of our General Building operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead review, coordination and take approval of PEB structural and civil designs, ensuring compliance with codes, safety standards and project requirements.
- Plan and drive project execution by developing schedules, setting milestones and effectively managing manpower, machinery and materials.
- Support and optimize commercial activities through technical inputs for RFQs, bidding, cost estimation, vendor evaluation and budget control.
- Enforce quality and HSE standards through regular site inspections, material checks, and timely resolution of construction and safety issues.
- Coordinate and monitor site teams, PMC, contractors, and management while tracking progress, resolving challenges, and delivering timely project reports.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, Industrial, and factory projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, construction standards, HSE requirements, building codes, tendering, and project documentation
