Responsibilities:
· Managing vehicle fleet including daily within city and out of city planned tours
· Managing regular and irregular maintenance of vehicles and maintaining record of maintenance, fuel consumption and coordination with approved workshops for vehicle maintenance quotations
· Managing driver duties at all locations
· Managing courier and logistics and transportation vendor’s agreements, rates and necessary coordination with said vendors for service quality issues
· Generating purchase orders related to logistic, couriers, admin maintenance, admin supplies, warehouse supplies and factory supplies
· Managing invoices of vendors for payment and follow up for payments
