Position: Additional Registrar

Department / Location: Registrar’s Office – Sukkur

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registrar in University governance and administrative operations.
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and coordinate with academic departments and senior management.
Facilitate admissions, registration, examinations, student records, and other academic administrative processes.
Support the implementation of University policies, regulations, and HEC requirements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and follow up on decisions and action items.
Maintain official records, documentation, and correspondence.
Address student and stakeholder administrative concerns and coordinate with relevant departments, including HR where required.
Support audit compliance and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in organizing convocations, meetings, and other official University events.
Liaise and coordinate with relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, accreditation councils, and other external stakeholders on matters related to University operations, compliance, recognition, and accreditation.
Facilitate the submission of required documentation, reports, and data to government departments, HEC, professional councils, and accreditation bodies.
Coordinate and facilitate visits, inspections, and requirements of regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Registrar, Vice Chancellor, or competent authority.

Qualification & Experience:

16 years of education or a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised institution
8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher education institution or reputed organisation with similar functions
