👩💻 The Role: Marketing & Student Engagement Specialist You’ll:
- Lead campus buzz – work with clubs and societies to plan, promote, and amplify events
- Run real campaigns – from strategy to execution, all powered by AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Gamma & more
- Create. Apply. Teach. – what you do on campus, you’ll turn into courses and workshops for the world.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Campus Marketing: Plan and execute on-campus marketing campaigns as per schedule decided to promote university events, culture, and academic programs.
- Club & Society Coordination: Work closely with student-led clubs to plan activity calendars, support execution, and amplify reach.
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Gamma, and Notion to create content, designs, strategies, and workflows.
- Social Media Management: Craft and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Teach What You Learn: Help co-design and co-teach short courses/workshops on AI marketing tools for the public and diploma students.
- Documentation & Case Building: Maintain records of campaigns and tools used to convert into reusable case studies and teaching content.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with academic staff, admissions, and creative teams for unified messaging.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
- Experience with student societies, event marketing, or social media management.
- Familiarity or interest in AI tools for marketing (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and coordination skills.
- Passion for learning and teaching—this role grows into a course co-instructor.
