Qualification:

Eligibility: BS Computer Science / Information Technology
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience

Responsibilities include:

Hands-on experience with Service Desk, ticketing support system & Day to day management of the helpdesk – dealing with cases from inception to completion.
To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, desk and mobile phones, printer/copiers, Windows operating systems, applications software.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) users, groups, and Domain controllers with appropriate security governance.
Depth knowledge & Working experience on administration of the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
Working experience on Windows Server Environment 2012/2016/2019 – design, deployment, maintenance, and support.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software that are required by users. Apply
