Position: Executive Compliance (Karachi)
Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, corporate governance, regulatory affairs or audit government/public-sector, engineering or regulated-industry exposure preferred.
- Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance frameworks, proficient in MS Office, Excel trackers and SAP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with labour, tax, environmental, safety and other statutory requirements, Board decisions and regulatory reporting.
- Review departmental practices and SAP processes against approved policies, SOPs, procurement procedures and internal controls, highlight deviations.
- Develop the annual compliance plan, assess compliance risks and track audit findings and non-conformities to closure.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions, maintain compliance records, advise on awareness and report independently to the Managing Director.
