Shirazi Trading Company is looking for a talented and experienced finance professional to join our team!

Location: DHA, Karachi
Position: Assistant Manager – Treasury & Taxation
Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CA Inter/ACCA/CMA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, including at least 2 years of independent treasury operations experience.

WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Treasury & Taxation

Location: DHA Karachi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Operations

Monitor liquidity and cash flows requirements.
Prepare and analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business decisions.
Manage banking relationships, including banking instruments, account maintenance, online banking, and operational matters.
Oversee working capital facilities, loans, covenant compliance, and short-term investments.

Taxation Compliance

Support the preparation, review, and timely filing of income tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax returns.
Maintain tax documentation and support tax audits, regulatory queries, and tax-related matters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CA Inter/ACCA/CMA will be preferred.
Experience: Min. 5 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years handling treasury operations independently and exposure to corporate tax workflows.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP / Oracle) and online corporate banking portals.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to articulate financial data clearly to stakeholders.
