Kohinoor Mills Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sampling (Processed Fabric).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabric sampling and product development, coordinating dyeing and finishing processes, and ensuring customer-specific samples meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the sampling development process from sample request to approval.
- Develop samples according to customer requirements, specifications, and design concepts.
- Coordinate with the Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality teams.
- Prepare sampling plans and monitor sample development timelines.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of samples.
- Check sample construction, GSM, color, hand feel, finish, shrinkage, and other requirements.
- Follow up on customer comments and required sample revisions.
- Follow up on pending samples and resolve sampling-related issues.
- Maintain updated sampling status and development reports.
- Support seasonal collections and buyer requirements.
Requirements
- MBA/BS Textile Engineering
- 2–3 Years of relevant experience in processed fabric sampling and textile product development.
- Strong knowledge of fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, GSM, color matching, and quality parameters.
- Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: BS Textile Engineering / BS Chemical Engineering
Experience: Fresh graduates to 1 year
Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and good command of MS Office.
Position: MTO Research and Development
Responsibilties :
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sampling departments to ensure effective planning, timely development, and execution of fabric samples.
- Assist in the development of new fabric finishes, processing techniques, and product innovations in woven fabrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and new opportunities in textile processing.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of R&D trials.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation using MS Office.
Requirements
- BS Textile Engineering/Chemical Engineering
- Fresh to 1 Year of Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
