Sadaqat Limited is looking for an experienced technical leader to join our team as Manager Finishing – Knits (Finished Fabric | Knit Processing Finishing).
If you have 8–10 years of professional experience managing technical finishing operations in a high-volume knitted fabric processing plant—along with strong expertise in operating modern knits machinery (stenters, relax dryers, compactors, sueding/brushing), optimizing parameters for GSM/shrinkage, and ensuring international compliance (ZDHC MRSL, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, REACH)—and hold a B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Textile Dyeing & Finishing, Textile Chemical Engineering, or Applied Chemistry—we want to hear from you!

Required Qualification

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Textile Dyeing & Finishing, Textile Chemical Engineering or Applied Chemistry from an accredited university.
Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or industrial certifications in knitted fabric defect management and process optimization are highly preferred.

Experience

8 to 10 years of professional experience managing technical finishing operations specifically within a high-volume knitted fabric processing plant.
Strong technical expertise in operating and optimizing modern knits finishing machinery lines, including open-width and tubular stenters, relax dryers, compactors (open & tuoblar), sueding/brushing machines, and soft-setting ranges.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee knits finishing operations to achieve production targets and delivery timelines.
Optimize finishing parameters to meet customer specifications for GSM, width, shrinkage, spirality, and hand-feel.
Coordinate with Dyeing, QC, and Lab teams to improve RFT rates and shade consistency.
Ensure quality control to prevent compactor marks, bow/skew, edge-curling, stenter marks, and fabric yellowing.
Ensure compliance with ZDHC MRSL, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, and REACH standards.
Reduce steam, power, and chemical consumption through resource optimization.
Collaborate with HR and OD to develop technical assessments and training for finishing staff.
Lead root-cause analysis of fabric defects, damages, and customer rejections.
Manage OpEx budgets, chemical consumption, waste, and OEE performance.
Report production output, fabric recovery, and efficiency KPIs to the Technical Director.
