We’re looking for an IT Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations, network infrastructure, ERP systems, end-user support, IT security, and system administration across multiple sites.

Location: Faisalabad
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years in IT support, infrastructure, and system administration. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily IT operations, infrastructure, network services, Wi-Fi, Lan/Van and end-user support.
Monitor helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical issues timely.
Coordinate ERP, business application, hardware, software, and system integration support.
Maintain IT security, user access controls, data backups, and disaster recovery arrangements.
Manage IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle activities.
Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality, contractual commitments, and support costs.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, process improvements, and technology deployments.
Maintain IT documentation, operational reports, and compliance with organizational policies.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, reduce downtime, and optimize IT expenditure.
Fleet-related systems, warehouse operations, attendance systems, ERP integrations, and IT support across multiple operational sites. (Including Traveling)

Skills

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall management.
Hands-on experience in Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of IT security, data backup, and user access management.
Experience with ERP or business applications and IT service/helpdesk systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple IT support requirements effectively.
