Job Description:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and foster customer loyalty.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales targets, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet customer requirements.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
