Position: Manager Property Monetization – Estate Management

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Assist in the development and execution of monetization strategies for real estate assets, driving revenue growth through market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and effective management of the sales and transaction processes, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Implement comprehensive monetization strategies targeting the real estate market, Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, competitive opportunities and customer needs to drive business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including real estate builders, investors, business operators and potential clients etc. Conduct comprehensive market research to Identify potential growth areas and business models (Joint Ventures & REIT etc.) Coordinate financial matters and feasibility studies of different monetization/JV projects with consulting firms
Oversee the monetization process through effective follow-up and relationship management at every stage, Develop Scope of Work, EOl and Sale process for engagement of consultant / advisor firms, End to End implementation of monetization/JV projects from planning, approval and contract and execution monitoring till sale completion.
Implement best practices for lead qualification, property listings and negotiation to increase conversion rates, Work closely with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that engage potential clients, investors and developers and enhance brand/property visibility in the commercial real estate sector,
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, analyzing performance against KPIs and targets, Collaborate with concerned inter-departmental teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction, Analyzing performance of JV partner.

Position: Manager Property Sales & Marketing – Estate Management

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The role is responsible for driving PTCL’s real estate sales and marketing initiatives by conducting property valuations, market comparisons, and research to inform strategic decisions. It involves managing sales teams, building nationwide client and broker networks, optimizing sales processes, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. The position aims to enhance revenue generation and market presence through effective client engagement and data-driven strategies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Undertake comprehensive valuation aligned with ground situation
through physical visits, survey and meetings with local brokerage houses and investors.
Compare the property’s selling value to other properties in the area.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies targeting the real estate market.
Client Relationship Development through establishment of comprehensive network of brokerage houses / third- party real estate agents across the country.
Develop and execute marketing campaign in coordination with PTCL Marketing department.
Engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach to promote our sale of PTCL properties.
Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management at every stage.
Implement best practices for lead qualification, property showings, and negotiation to maximize conversion rates.
Market Research, Analysis and Reporting for Managements.
Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.
