Innovative Solutions is looking for an Assoicate Lead – iOS:

Location: DHA Phase 6 – Karachi
Timings: 10am – 7pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead the maintenance of existing iOS apps, troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs, and improving application performance.
· Design, architect, and develop new custom components to meet complex project requirements and ensure they align with the product’s scalability needs.
· Utilize XCode and Instruments tools to debug performance issues such as memory leaks and optimize app performance.
· Thrive in a dynamic, learning-oriented environment by continuously exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of iOS development.
· Ensure that the development team adheres to high-quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Mentor and guide junior developers in following best practices.
· Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to release, ensuring features are built from scratch when necessary, and are robust and scalable.

Skills and Attributes:

· Extensive experience with both Swift and Objective-C, with expert-level proficiency in SwiftUI.
· Strong background in writing unit test cases and working with testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and robustness.
· Experience developing and integrating Chat, Audio/Video Calling, or Live Video Streaming solutions into iOS apps.
· Proven ability to scale iOS applications and services to handle millions of users while maintaining optimal performance.
· Strong grasp of design patterns with experience selecting the most appropriate architecture (e.g., MVVM, MVP, VIPER) based on product needs.
· Solid experience working with RESTful APIs like JSON and XML to integrate server-side functionality.
· Proficient with databases such as SQLite and CoreData for local data storage and management.
· Knowledge of WebRTC and XMPP frameworks is a plus.
· Experience with Git, Fastlane, and other tools for version control and continuous integration.

Qualification & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
· 5+ years of experience in developing iOS applications using native programming.
· At least 4 years of hands-on experience as an iOS Developer, with a solid understanding of programming architectures like MVVM, MVP, and VIPER.
