WE ARE HIRING
Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Freight Billing Executive for its Logistics Department.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Verify freight charges, service rates, and other relevant shipment documents.
Process freight bills for third-party contractors and COCO operations.
Resolve freight discrepancies by reviewing contracts, agreements, and shipment details.
Prepare monthly P/L statements for COCO operations.
Assist in preparing reports related to freight billing, revenue, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain and monitor records and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Education: Bachelor’s / MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
The ideal candidate must have experience in freight billing of carriage contracts and possess good command of MS Excel, and ERP Systems.
Location: Head Office, Karachi
