We are hiring for an HSE Officer to join our team at the Hub plant.

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HSE Officer to join our Salt Processing / Manufacturing Plant in Hub, Balochistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE procedures and safety standards across the salt processing plant.
- Conduct regular plant safety inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Monitor safety around processing machinery, conveyors, bucket elevators, dryers, vibratory screeners and packing equipment.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, HSE awareness sessions and employee safety training programs.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, trainings, incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
- Assist with JSA, Risk Assessments, SOPs and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate fire safety, emergency response and evacuation drills.
- Assist in accident/incident investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor housekeeping, waste management and dust-control practices within the plant.
- Support HSE, IMS and social compliance audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food processing, salt processing or industrial environment.
- Recognized HSE/Safety certification is mandatory – NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
- Practical experience in conducting safety training programs and Toolbox Talks is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of SA8000 / Social Accountability requirements.
- Good understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, emergency response and industrial safety practices.
- Strong communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment in Hub.
