Position

Title: Regional Sales Manager (Consumer Banking Group)

Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

Positions: 02

Location: Gujrat & Karachi

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Develop customer and business proposition (strategy) and ensure its execution through the most efficient delivery network.

Develop and jointly execute a calendar of marketing and sales programs/campaigns as well as appropriate sales collateral.

To ensure that existing relationships are strengthened through further deepening and cross selling of Bank’s products in branches.

To ensure meticulous compliance of SBP guidelines/internal policies/procedures and to ensure compliance to the sales process.

To ensure that branches sales staff have accurate knowledge of all products and the marketing of products properly to potential clients.

Meeting prospective/existing/valued/institutional/corporate clients for business and networking.

To ensure 80% branch sales staff i.e. PB, PBO and CSO productivity.

To ensure 15% branch deposit base growth & 80% overall branch productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application.

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of branch on monthly basis.

Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship deepening exercise at branches with existing customers.

Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.

Meeting the clients and maintaining follow up record with potential customers.

Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures.

Improvement in Audit Category by improving Branch Working and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.

Implementation of DCFC & RCSA, its daily Updation and its consistent review.

Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflow.

Implementing and monitoring TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.

Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and enquiries.
