Important Instructions

Please read the “General Instructions” regarding Application Fee, Written Test, Interview on PPSC website www.ppsc.gop.pk before applying online.
The schedule of tests and interviews, if any, shall be issued on website of PPSC. Therefore, candidates must visit the PPSC website frequently for test schedule, syllabus, and other information.
Employees of Federal Government/ Provincial Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government/ Provincial Government, Local Bodies entities fall in age concession for the period of their continuous regular service.
In case a candidate claims that an equivalent qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit equivalency certificate or his/her qualification is equivalent to the required qualification issued by Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) or Higher Education Department/ Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (I.B.C.C.) or Punjab Qualification Framework (P.Q.F.) or Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) or Pakistan Nursing Council (P.N.C.) or Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (P.M.D.C.) or Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (P.V.M.C.) as the case may be, at the time of interview or whenever demanded by the Commission. Candidate fails to submit Equivalency Certificate issued by the Competent Authority within the specified period, his/her candidature shall be rejected.
In case, a candidate claims experience from a private entity, he/she must produce proof of registration of the entity with PEC, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority, failing which his/her application will be rejected. Candidate must produce proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status of registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
In case candidates enrolled in regular service apply through proper channel, their departmental permission certificate/ NOC from their department will be required to be produced at the time of interview.
The candidates who apply for nursing jobs for registration issued by the Council show that they have obtained registration Certificate from PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC on or before the closing date or before the closing date for submission of online application, will be eligible.
The candidates will be required to bring original documents / domicile certificates to present before interview and copies of degrees issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview, CGPA will not be accepted.
To mark roll number on answer sheet according to instructions given on PPSC website inside the roll number slider, carefully.
The Shorthand Test and Typing Proficiency test, if required, shall be conducted at Lahore.
