SITUATION VACANT: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) is looking for young, energetic and dedicated individuals willing to work in any District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Online applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (citizens of Pakistan) for the mentioned posts on a regular basis as indicated against each post. Designation: Emergency Medical Technician (BPS-12)

No of Posts: 350

Allocation of Posts: Merit=60, Zone 01=40, Zone 02=58, Zone 03=40, Zone 04=39, Zone 05=30, Zone 06=30, Minority Quota=18, Women Quota=35

Prescribed Qualification: Paramedical Diploma/Nursing/LHV (Preference will be given to Diploma in Health Technology & Surgical Technology).

Age Limit: 22-35 years

Designation: Fire Rescuer (BPS-11)

No of Posts: 175

Allocation of Posts: Merit=30, Zone 01=20, Zone 02=28, Zone 03=20, Zone 04=20, Zone 05=15, Zone 06=15, Minority Quota=09, Women Quota=18

Prescribed Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Eng.) with Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE)

Age Limit: 22-35 years

Designation: Drivers (BPS-06)

Allocation of Posts: Merit=53, Zone 01=35, Zone 02=51, Zone 03=35, Zone 04=35, Zone 05=26, Zone 06=26, Minority Quota=14

Prescribed Qualification: Middle and physically fit with valid HTV/ LTV driving license.

Age Limit: 22-35 years

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the physical/screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Mandatory Physical Test:
1. 01-mile running in 07 minutes for Male candidates with height 5’6″ and chest 33″ minimum.
1. 01-mile running in 09 minutes for candidates aged 40 years and above.
1. 01-mile running in 09 minutes for Female candidates with height 5’2″.
Threshold for passing Screening/Written Test and interview:
1. For BPS-01 to BPS-16: 40% marks and above.
Screening/Written Test marks will be considered in the final aggregate/selection process as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rules as follow:
1. Educational Criteria: 70 Marks
1. Weightage of ETEA Test: 20 Marks
1. Interview: 10 Marks
ETEA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will take ability/skill test (i.e. driving, computer literacy, diving etc) in different cadres where required which will be considered as screening tool for selection process.
Diplomas from Banned Boards/Councils etc will not be considered as notified by TEVTA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) will verify the documents from the relevant board/council/universities and will check original certificates/degrees and mark sheets at the time of Quality Check. Any candidate failed to appear in the Quality check process, he/she will not be considered for further recruitment process.
Candidates are required to bring their original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for all tests/interviews. They must also bring their original certificates/degrees and mark sheets at the time of interview duly verified from relevant Boards and Universities.
Only valid driving licenses issued by Government of Pakistan will be considered. Fresh apply tokens for driving license will not be considered for the posts of Drivers (BPS-06).
Upon approval by the Selection Committee, candidates will undergo a medical examination at Police & Services Hospital, Peshawar.
Selected candidates will be required to undergo mandatory training of six (06) months, or as prescribed, and pass all required examinations.
Selected candidates must produce a Police Clearance Certificate before receiving the offer of appointment.
Selection shall be made purely on merit.
Selected candidates shall submit a Surety Bond on a stamp paper, duly countersigned by an Oath Commissioner, confirming compliance with the terms and conditions of service.
Candidates must be eligible in all respects on the closing date for submission of applications.
Only those documents will be scrutinized/ examined for purpose of selection which have been submitted on or before the final date of submission of documents in the advertisement.
Age relaxation shall be admissible in accordance with the existing Government Rules.
Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel (NOC etc).
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications along with a separate fee for each post.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for the physical test, written test, or interview.
In case of a foreign degree, an HEC equivalence certificate must be provided.
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
