• Those applying for the post of Executive Officer (Operations), as a single test will be conducted for all such positions and merit will be determined on the basis of the test results.

• Selected candidates may be posted anywhere across Pakistan. However, positions in the Finance, Office, Law & IT Cadres are exclusively based at the Head Office in Karachi.

Written Test & Interview:

• Candidates applying for various positions will undergo a written test designed and administered by the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. The tests will be held in major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta.
• The LUMS test will be based on multiple choice questions, relevant to the jobs, covering English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and Pakistan Affairs.
• Passing marks for the test will be 50%, and the final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the test, interview, and experience.

• LUMS has hosted a dedicated website for EOBI recruitment, accessible at https://eobi.lums.edu.pk. This website provides detailed instructions for the submission of applications.
• Candidates must fill out the online application form, pay the application fee, and upload all required documents.
• Application fees for various positions are as follows: PKR 1000 for Grade 7 positions and PKR 500 for Grade 6 positions, payable to LUMS via bank transfer.
• After submitting the online form, candidates will be able to download the fee deposit slip from the website.
• Completed applications and fee deposit slips must be submitted online through the LUMS portal. Applications sent in any format other than online will not be accepted.
