- Serving as the primary point of contact at the front desk, managing all incoming correspondence, redirecting phone calls through the exchange, and ensuring seamless day-to-day front office operations across the campus.
- Overseeing visitor management by welcoming and guiding visitors professionally, verifying their purpose of visit, and connecting them with the appropriate personnel in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date visitor logs and all relevant administrative documentation in compliance with institutional protocols and record-keeping standards.
- Collaborating proactively with team members by taking on related administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of campus operations.
