Infinix Accessories is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Lahore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and grow market share by implementing effective strategies and plans.
- Lead & Manage the Sales Team: Motivate, coach and develop the team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Retail & Channel Management: Build strong relationships with retail partners and manage distribution channels for maximum reach and sales.
- Monitor Market & Competitor Trends: Stay updated on market dynamics, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure Inventory & Display Standards: Work with relevant teams to ensure product availability, visibility and in-store standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Background in the appliances industry is mandatory.
- 3+ years of relevant sales or retail experience (preferably in appliances).
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, analytical and customer-oriented mindset.
