Loop is looking for an experienced 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead our restaurant operations in Karachi.
If you have 5-7 years of managerial experience in a well known QSR/restaurant operations, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving sales and operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
WE’RE HIRING Restaurant General Manager
what you’ll do
- Run day-to-day operations and smooth shift execution
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Uphold quality, service and hygiene standards
- Lead scheduling, performance and team development
- Control food cost, labor cost and wastage
- Monitor KPIs, cash handling and SOP compliance
what you bring
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Hospitality or a related field
- 5–7 years of managerial experience in QSR / restaurant operations
- Prior Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager experience
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving
- Composure under pressure in high-volume operations
