CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Position: AUDIT OFFICER (Internal Audit – Foreign Currency Exchange Business)
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad & Karachi
MCB Exchange is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Officer to conduct branch audits, verify regulatory compliance, and strengthen internal controls across our branches and booths.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct branch audits covering cash count and vouching of foreign currency buy/sell transactions.
- Verify compliance with SBP regulations, AML/CFT/CPF requirements, and internal exchange policies.
- Examine documentation for customer due diligence (CDD/KYC) records.
- Identify control gaps, prepare audit observations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports for submission to the Head of Internal Audit.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the above areas.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in exchange companies or financial services.
- Basic understanding of foreign exchange operations and currency transaction workflows.
- Willingness to travel for branch audits.
- Age: not more than 40 years as of 05 October 2026.
