Alfalah Asset Management Limited (AAML) is seeking a proactive Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate & Operations to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory and operational matters.
Key Expectations:
- Draft and review commercial, technology, vendor and other business agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, regulatory and operational matters.
- Support legal risk management, corporate governance, disputes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and regulatory risks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with a proactive approach.
Required Experience & Education:
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law, financial services, banking or a reputable law firm.
- Exposure to commercial contracts, technology or corporate governance will be preferred.
