JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is an autonomous body established under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, committed to providing quality education to children across the province. PEIMA invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, dynamic and motivated professionals for appointment against the following contract-based positions on a lump-sum pay package:

1. Director (HR & Admin)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 35-55 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.750,000/- per month

Qualification: Minimum 16 years’ education in the field of Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration (MPA), Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities from HEC recognized national or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil / PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing and implementing HR policies, service rules, and disciplinary frameworks, leading organizational restructuring and workforce management, performance management and capacity building, procurement, compliance, Performance management system design and implementation, Administrative operations, asset management, and procurement oversight. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

2. Director (Partnership & Collaboration)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 35-55 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.750,000/- per month

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil/PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilateral) and corporate sector (CSR), Developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, Strategic communication, branding, and media relations, Stakeholder engagement and advocacy, Proposal writing and donor reporting. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

3. Director (Academics & Research)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 35-55 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.750,000/- per month

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, Research, or Curriculum Development, Management Sciences and Social Sciences from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil/PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of Research (Curriculum development, design, review, and alignment with national standards, educational research methodologies and impact assessment, Teacher professional development and capacity building, Academic quality assurance and school improvement frameworks, Policy analysis and evidence-based reform. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

4. Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 35-55 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.750,000/- per month

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences MIS, Mathematics from HEC recognized national or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil/PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least Ten (10) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing & designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs. Developing KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools, Managing centralized data systems and ensuring data integrity. Conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, Reporting to donors and senior management. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

5. Chief Audit Officer

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 30-45 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.350,000/- per month

Qualification: ACCA/ACMA/CA or Minimum 16 years of Education in the field of Finance, Accounting or Commerce of HEC recognized national or foreign University.

Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors specifically in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, conducting risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls and suggesting improvements, ensuring compliance with financial and administrative rules, investigating financial irregularities and preparing audit reports, Liaising with external auditors (AG Office). Moreover, experience of dealing Medium to High Revenue projects/programs/ programs reporting requirements, disbursement procedures, submission of withdrawal applications, maintenance of Special Drawing Accounts and Government accounting procedures shall be given preference.

6. Assistant Director (Training & QAT)

No. of Posts: 01
Age: 25-35 Years
Salary: Lumpsum @ Rs.225,000/- per month

Qualification: Minimum 16 years education in the field of Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized national universities or foreign Universities. Preference will be given to M. Phil/PhD Degree holders in above subjects.

Experience: At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors of organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and data basis, assisting in the development of training materials, compiling training data for reports. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possess sound knowledge of the education sector.

Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.
Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for written test and/or interview.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
Any information/document found to be vague, false, forged, misleading or intended to influence the recruitment process shall result in disqualification at any stage, besides initiation of legal proceedings under the applicable laws.
Equivalence of degree/qualification shall be applicable for all positions as per HEC notifications.
