At Burque, we believe our people are the driving force behind operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Services to lead employee master data governance, payroll operations, HR digitalization, and vendor management across the organization.
Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of relevant experience, SHRM or CIPD and Artificial Intelligence exposure certification will be an added advantage.
WE ARE HIRING! HEAD OF PEOPLE SERVICES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead employee master data governance and integration across HR, payroll & finance systems.
- Manage accurate, timely payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
- Drive HR digitalization, process automation and employee self-service.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and IR/ER matters.
- Manage HR vendors, contracts and service-level performance.
EXPERIENCE: 8–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in HR operations, payroll, and HR digitalization.
QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university.
Certifications: SHRM or CIPD certification will be an added advantage.
