Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand management or marketing (specifically within the Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle retail industry).
- Proven experience in executing 360-degree campaigns (BTL, Social Media, and In-store activations).
- Experience coordinating with vendors, designers, and floor managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Execute seasonal fashion launches and weekly promotional activities, ensuring all marketing collateral is delivered on time and on brand.
- Visual Merchandising Alignment: Collaborate with the VM team to ensure in-store displays, window layouts, and signage reflect current fashion trends and campaign themes.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Monitor stock movement and sales data to suggest tactical promotions for specific fashion categories (e.g., seasonal clearances or new arrivals).
- Digital & Content Coordination: Assist in the creation of fashion look books, social media content, and digital catalogs that resonate with the target demographic.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and trend spotting to ensure the fashion portfolio remains competitive and “on-trend.”

Responsibilities:
- Timely & rightly execute all marketing initiatives at store level.
- Plan & execute category focused activations to increase footfall in alignment with operations team.
- Ensure branding, signages & other communication tools are in place & properly executed.
- Ensure sales revenue generation through rented space as per the locked commercial tariff.
