Qualification:
Eligibility: BS Computer Science / Information Technology
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on experience with Service Desk, ticketing support system & Day to day management of the helpdesk – dealing with cases from inception to completion.
- To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, desk and mobile phones, printer/copiers, Windows operating systems, applications software.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) users, groups, and Domain controllers with appropriate security governance.
- Depth knowledge & Working experience on administration of the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Working experience on Windows Server Environment 2012/2016/2019 – design, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To follow up procurement & delivery of hardware/software that are required by users. Apply
