Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospital Sector
Shift: Night
Duty Timing: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Salary: Marketable
Job description are as under:-
- Providing administrative support and managing all employees queries.
- Responsible of cleaning & dusting of all OPD’s, wards, floors & out areas in night.
- Maintain filing systems of administrative work.
- Look after the matters of transport.
- Providing Ayas and Ward boys for wards.
- Managing janitorial staffs at all floors.
- Availability of housekeeping supplies and accessories where needed.
- Availability of laundry items & uniforms at all wards.
- Arrange fumigation timely.
- Managing Security personnel for the premises.
- Maintain repair and maintenance work complaint register and follow-ups with morning shift officers.
- Safe disposal of waste materials in coordination with concerned departments.
- Maintain garbage area.
- Fire extinguisher checking and maintenance
- Water filters cartridges checking and replacement.
- Maintenance & cleaning of insect o cutters
- Resolve admin related issues in night shift.
- All other tasks as assigned by the management.
