POSITION DETAILS:

Position Title: Digital Trainee Executive
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time Employment)
Location: Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DEPARTMENTS:

Corporate Sales & Services – The aim is to stimulate corporate market expansion through the provision of inventive and valuable solutions and an enhanced customer experience that effectively caters to the requirements of corporate clients.
Marketing – The marketing department promotes products and services to drive customer engagement and uplift the sales. This department strategizes, implements, and manages campaigns to attract and retain customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Sales & Distribution – The Sales and Distribution (S&D) Department is responsible for establishing and efficiently managing the nationwide sales channels, expanding them, and ensuring the effective distribution of Zong products across conventional as well as digital channels. This department maintains sales touch points and plays a crucial role in achieving the organization’s long-term and short-term growth and sales goals.
Digital Technologies – The objective of Digital Technologies department is to drive the advancement of digital intelligent transformation and attain high-quality development in the domains of Data Science , Data Management, Software Development, and Governance.
BSS & IT Infrastructure – This department ensures IT strategy formulization & availability of IT Infrastructure to all stakeholders to fulfill their day-to-day business requirements.
Engineering Regions – The Engineering regions teams are managing efficient network availability to ensure seamless connectivity and services across the regions. The team is also engaged in the deployment and post sales services of enterprise solutions & providing support to enterprise clients
Strategy – The department is responsible for designing enterprise level strategy, managing Zong’s Corporate Brand through all internal & external communication channels as well as planning & implementing the sustainability interventions, by engaging relevant stakeholders
Finance – Finance department is responsible for managing the financial planning & analysis for the company along with other tasks related to financial management. The team also closely monitors the revenue & KPI management across the organization for qualitative and quantitative strategic decision making based on financial insights and performance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: Fresh graduates of Y2024 holding Bachelors/ Master’s degree
Specialization: Computer Science, Software /Computer Engineering, Technology Management & Entrepreneurship, Information Technology/Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics/BI, Data Science/Data Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics & Finance, Accounting & Analytics, Statistics/ Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications & Network Engineering, Mechatronics & Control Engineering and other similar/ equivalent degrees
CGPA/Score: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required
Age: maximum 26 years (by Oct, 2024)
Work Experience: Maximum up to 1 year
