We are expanding our laboratory team and looking for qualified, dedicated professionals to join us:
Lab Technologist
Qualification: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences / Medical Technology (M.Sc. preferred)
Experience: 1–2 years in relevant laboratory procedures
Phlebotomist
Qualification: Intermediate (B.Sc. with 1-year Lab Tech Diploma preferred)
Experience: 1–2 years in hospital/diagnostic lab specimen collection

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other biological samples.
- Conduct hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and blood bank procedures.
- Analyze test results and report accurate findings to healthcare providers.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper sample handling, quality control, and documentation.
- Maintain laboratory stock and supplies as required.
- Follow infection control practices and hospital SOPs to ensure a safe working environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or Medical Technology (M.Sc. preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (3+ years preferred).
- Lab Technician Certification preferred.
- Sound knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
We Are Hiring Phlebotomist
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate patient slips and verify test requisitions as per physician prescriptions
- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and finger-stick techniques for OPD & IPD patients
- Ensure accurate patient identification and proper specimen collection, labeling, and handling
- Perform GTT testing and record results accurately
- Maintain specimen integrity by following aseptic techniques and laboratory SOPs
- Manage laboratory cash collection, reconciliation, and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, patient safety standards, and hospital SOPs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Intermediate (B.Sc. in Biological Sciences with a 1-year Diploma in Laboratory Technology preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory
- Lab Technician Certification preferred
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and phlebotomy techniques
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
