Job Title: Expert/Manager ERP & Data Governance
Division: Strategic Initiatives
Job Grade: T2/T3
Location: Islamabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation across Procurement, Finance and HR
- Plan and govern ERP projects covering scope, timelines, budgets and risks
- Manage UAT, go-live, system enhancements and change requests
- Drive process improvement, change management and user adoption
- Establish ERP data governance and master data management standards
- Monitor data quality and support data migration and integration
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field
EXPERIENCE: 6–10+ years in ERP and business systems, including at least 3 years leading ERP implementation and data governance
Skills: ERP Implementation | Project Management | Data Governance | Master Data Management | Business Process Mapping | Change Management | UAT & Testing | Stakeholder Management
