𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom or ISP industry
Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
Proficiency in Excel, data handling, and CRM systems
Ability to manage reconciliations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination effectively

JOB FUNCTIONS

Execute detailed rate analysis for non-standard packages and verify promotional summaries to ensure billing accuracy.
Manage taxation compliance, including Sale Tax Exemptions, WHT records, and the verification of CNIC/NTN for active accounts.
Perform regular invoice balance verifications for GPON services to prevent revenue leakage.
Monitor FTTH subscriber statistics and conduct FOC Free of Cost usage analysis.
Analyze GPON Radius bandwidth policies and enforce Reseller Fair Usage FUP protocols.
Reconcile financial data, including Bank Scrolls and CSC Cash reports via MIS, to maintain ledger integrity.
Validate the generation of Sale Orders and verify city-wise authentication for reseller accounts.
Oversee the Revenue Assurance RA ticketing system, ensuring the timely processing of refunds and the escalation of critical issues.
Coordinate departmental communications by managing RA email forwarding and performing strict Quality Control QC on all outputs.
Support ongoing IT projects and system migrations, specifically focusing on the Orion and Mercury Plus platforms.
Utilize enterprise applications including SAP, Mercury, and Transdata to perform daily operational tasks.
Maintain the Reseller Dashboard to ensure all partner data and package-wise policies are updated and verified.

SKILLS, EXPERTISE AND HANDS ON EXPERIENCE

Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
Proficient in Excel, data handling, and CRM systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom or ISP industry.
