- Job Title: AI PRODUCT MANAGER
- Location: Karachi
Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLMs with a strong ability to translate business needs into intelligent products, streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLMs into products and business processes.
- Define product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories and requirements in collaboration with engineering, data science, design and business teams.
- Lead the development of AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI assistants and workflow automation solutions.
- Coordinate AI integrations involving APIs, prompt engineering, LLMs and RAG architectures.
- Define KPIs and monitor product performance, accuracy, user adoption and business impact.
- Oversee product testing, optimization and post-launch improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of Product Management experience, including developing and launching AI-powered products.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, Lang Chain, vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases and software development processes.
- Experience with product roadmaps, Agile/Scrum, backlog management and product analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience launching AI products from concept to production.
- Knowledge of AI agents, intelligent automation and conversational AI.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, data privacy, responsible AI and hallucination management.
