ADMISSIONS – HEAD OFFICE

Position Summary:

Iqra University invites applications from dynamic, results-oriented, and strategic professionals for the position of Director Admissions. The successful candidate will lead university-wide admissions planning, student recruitment, enrollment management, and outreach initiatives to achieve institutional enrollment targets and strengthen the University’s student recruitment pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria:

A Master’s degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is required.
12–15 years of progressive experience in admissions, student recruitment, enrollment management, and strategic planning, preferably in the higher education sector.
Proven track record in developing and implementing admission strategies, managing enrollment targets, optimizing admission processes, and building strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, networking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive student enrollment growth.
Ability to use analytics and automated workflows to monitor admissions funnel performance, conversion rates, and enrollment targets.
Relevant certifications in CRM, data analytics, business intelligence, or enrollment management will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement admissions and student recruitment strategies aligned with the University’s strategic objectives and enrollment targets.
Establish and monitor campus-wise and program-wise admission targets in coordination with university leadership and academic departments.
Analyze enrollment trends, market dynamics, student demographics, and competitor activities to identify recruitment opportunities.
Oversee the complete admissions cycle, ensuring efficient, transparent, and consistent processes.
Monitor and improve admissions performance, including inquiry conversion, application completion, offer acceptance, and enrollment rates.
Plan and lead student recruitment and outreach initiatives, including school and college visits, career fairs, open houses, admission drives, and information sessions.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the University’s outreach.
Collaborate with Marketing, academic departments, campus leadership, and other relevant departments to strengthen prospective student engagement and achieve enrollment objectives.
Manage the admissions budget, lead and develop campus admissions teams, establish performance indicators, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Prepare and present regular admissions performance reports, dashboards, and enrollment forecasts to senior management.
