We’re Hiring: Manager – Outbound Call Center!
If you are passionate about outbound sales, lead generation, and team leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team! We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead outbound call center operations, drive telesales performance, manage lead generation, and ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.
Location: Karachi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee outbound call center operations and telesales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate and manage leads from websites and other sources to drive sales growth.
- Oversee CRM data uploads and ensure leads are assigned to the relevant agents.
- Monitor daily dialing, sales, and lead reports, ensuring accurate reporting to management.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Monitor team performance against assigned targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly to ensure smooth call center operations.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance productivity and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound call center operations or telesales.
- 3–4 years of team supervision experience, with a proven track record of achieving assigned targets.
