Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible for managing a direct sales team to achieve assigned sales targets for Personal Loans and Running Finance. The role includes sales performance management, team building, market penetration, and ensuring quality customer service.
Education: Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience managing a Direct Sales Team of unsecured consumer banking products, preferably Personal Loans.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of unsecured consumer banking products and processes
- Ability to build and manage a Direct Sales Team
- Capability to implement and monitor basic sales management processes
- Strong leadership skills to deliver assigned sales targets
- Ensure customer service delivery within defined turnaround times (TAT)
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
