Position: Social Media Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social media marketing managers’ responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat).
Typical responsibilities include:
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising (If required by the client)
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
- Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.

Position: IT Support Engineer
Key Expertise:
- Should be having sound knowledge of switches models and other network devices, MRTG and troubleshooting, AD server and implementation of other QOS policies and PBR.
- Knowledge of Mikrotik Router RB-201and its configuration, WIFI configuration /restrictions.
- Knowledgo and implementation of user activities monitoring policies or suggest the best user activities monitoring software and social media 8, VPN restriction policies.
- Ablo to configure/deploy IP scheme and LAN segmentation, VLAN scheme depending upon user specification.
- Highly efficient in identifying and troubleshooting the network latency, packet loss, network disconnectivity, call lagging, delay in calls & one way connectivity issues.
Experience: 5 years of IT industry experience in the same capacity
