TPL Properties Ltd invites applications from dynamic, qualified, well-experienced and dedicated candidates for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position in its projects department (Karachi).
Qualification and Professional Experience:
- The ideal candidate should be Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering. Candidates with B.Tech degree will also be preferred.
- At least 10 years’ experience of working in quantity surveying with reputed architects, consultants / contractors.
- Experience in data processing and technical record keeping will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of verification of bills and measurement books, ability to prepare and analyze engineering estimates.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and data processing. Hardworking and committed to excellence. Excellent organizational skills.
