Responsibilities:
- Ensure Schools have carried out complete Annual Repair and Maintenance after summer vacation
- Ensure all office supplies are handled adequately
- Ensure presence of concerned administration staff in their schools and availability of staff uniforms.
- Conduct visits to Regional Schools when required for the purpose of periodic check on administrative facilities
- Maintain a record of Travel Authorization Forms & Travel Expense Statements of all drivers in the regional office on ERP
- Ensures and facilitate official traveling and lodging arrangements for Regional Office staff and guests
- Carry out arrangements for all events and functions being held at and by Regional Office
- Ensure timely issuance and renewal of fuel cards for generators installed in all the regional schools
- Act as a liaison between Head Office and Regional Schools for any administrative related requirements
- Generate Purchase Requisition on ERP, basing on requests and approvals
- Preparation and execution of Lease agreements and addendums for central regional schools
- Ensures timely payments to suppliers and service providers
- Ensures an updated record is maintained for all billing and payment activities
