We are hiring SOURCING & FIELD QUALITY EXECUTIVE
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Supply Chain or a related field
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 year of relevant experience
POSITION OVERVIEW
The position involves supporting the Sourcing & Quality Associate in sourcing and quality assurance activities across the product portfolio. The role involves extensive vendor coordination, product quality inspections, compliance monitoring, and maintaining quality standards throughout the sourcing process. The incumbent will work closely with external vendors, merchandising and planning teams to ensure products meet approved specifications and company requirements.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of quality assurance and inspection processes
Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
