Soorty Enterprises Pvt ltd is looking for Head of Learning and OD having 6-8 years of experience in relevant field.
Candidate must have knowledge of designing and implementing strategic organizational development initiatives and lead the creation and delivery of enterprise-wide learning and development solutions, aligned with business and talent strategies. Training experience involves designing, developing and implementing general, supervisory and technical training programs, successful completion of training or coursework, determining, analyzing and reporting of Learning and OD metrics using key performance indicators and other measures.
Candidate should be able to lead and oversee the design and deliver of business processes in the annual talent management cycle, including performance development, organization and talent review, career plan development , and succession and talent planning, competency strategy and integration, learning and development best practices and trends, including engagement strategy and integration, organization design consultation and change management consultation.
