WE ARE HIRING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end operations: inventory, warehousing, dispatch & order fulfilment
• Manage large SKU portfolios and high-value inventory
• Ensure on-time, accurate order execution across channels
• Enforce system and process discipline (ERP/WMS, FIFO/FEFO, controls)
• Drive inventory health (minimize stockouts, overstock, expiries)
• Optimize distribution efficiency, transit time, and cost
• Build visibility through KPIs, reporting, and audits
• Lead teams with strong accountability and performance focus

Education: Masters in Supply Chain Management.

Experience Required:

• 7-10 years in FMCG / distribution operations
• Proven experience in handling complex SKU portfolio & large inventory value
• Strong grip on dispatch, order fulfilment, and last-mile execution
• Ability to enforce systems, controls, and process discipline
• Execution-focused mindset – not just planning/reporting
