Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management within the spinning/weaving department.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for spinning/weaving operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, ICAP, ICMA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the textile industry.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, coupled with specialized expertise in spinning/weaving including sizing and costing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Faisalabad and those with SAP S/4 HANA knowledge.
