We are HIRING! HSE COORDINATOR (Health, Safety & Environment)

KEY FOCUS: HSE COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

EXPERTISE: SAFETY CULTURE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

JOINING: IMMEDIATE JOINING WILL BE PREFERRED

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and programs in line with ISO 14001, 45001 and legal requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections and site audits.
Provide training and awareness sessions on HSE matters.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and AAAFM HSE standards.
Promote a strong safety culture and encourage safe working practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HSE role, preferably in Facility Management or similar industry.
NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management and ISO standards.
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead HSE initiatives.
