We are looking for commercially driven retail professionals to join us as Assistant Floor Manager / Floor Manager – Non-Food.

At SPAR Pakistan, we’re looking for energetic, commercially driven retail professionals for Floor Manager / Assistant Floor Manager – Non-Food who can drive sales, lead teams, deliver excellent merchandising standards, and create an exceptional shopping experience.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, preferably in Non-Food / FMCG retail.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, product displays, stock management and sales performance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage store teams.
- Strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence and achieving sales targets.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and improve department performance.
Education: Minimum Bachelors / ideally Masters from an accredited university
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Non-Food, including at least 3 years in a Floor Management, Team Lead, or supervisory role.
