Responsibilities:

· To monitor and follow ups with Trade team to achieve assign trade targets of Zone.
· Monitor and supervise the activities of Trade branch team.
· Ensuring that all trade transactions are undertaken in conformity of Bank’s policies & Operational Manual as well as regulatory guidelines.
· Ensure minimize TAT for trade processing of documentation’s at branch level.
· Consistent coordination with centralize operations for resolution of trade based issues.
· Ensuring trade staff are well aware of the Bank’s Compliance policy with respect to Trade.
· Ensure that trade based inquires are timely responded.
· Ensure comply of all anti money laundering / TBML policies.
· Ensure submission of consolidated information/data to Head office/Regulator.
· To monitor the branches for resolve customer complaints with in prescribed TAT’s to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
· To manage and supervise foreign currency loans/Pre-shipment (FAPC-I & II)/ Post shipment loans /SBP
· Export Finance Loan and all related activities (including but not limited to PRC/NOC) with proper audit trails.
· To ensure that all SBP FE returns are submit the Head office in timely of zone branches.
· To look after/ monitor forward exchange booking/realization of export bills, reporting of export transaction to treasury and relevant SBP reporting.
· Periodic meetings with SME/Trade staff to support them in meeting their assigned targets and keeping them motivated

· Forward the eligible customer file to Credit Analyst for further decision, highlight & escalate any anomalies.

· Presentation and Dashboard for DDR’s – Expired & Dropped Limits.
· DDR’s – Expired & Dropped Limit report.
· DDR Dashboard.
· Presentation and Dashboard of Early Alert, Watchlist accounts & NPL’s.
· EOL Presentation & Dashboard.
· Portfolio & EOL.
· Follow-up with Business for TOD transaction approval and keep track record of the same for timely settlement/ limit updation.
· Follow-up with Business unit for approvals in change in maturity dates of Credit Approvals.
· Follow-up with Business for covenants (follow-up conditions) approved in CP’s.
· Any periodic duties/ responsibilities assigned by line manager.
