Engro Corp is hiring a Manager Treasury Operations & Insurance, based in Karachi.
The role involves overseeing treasury and trade operations, cash management, insurance coverage, and financial settlements across Engro’s subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include managing insurance claims, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates with an MBA in Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification, along with 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Treasury and approximately 5 years in Risk Management, are encouraged to apply. Additional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be preferred.

Requirements:
- An MBA in Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification, with 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Treasury and approximately 5 years in Risk Management. Candidates should have expertise in treasury and trade operations, cash management, insurance operations, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of central bank regulations, fixed-income instruments, and stakeholder management is essential. Additional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) would be preferred.
Job Summary:
- The Manager Treasury Operations & Insurance will oversee treasury and trade operations, as well as insurance management, across Engro’s subsidiaries, ensuring efficient transactions, effective cash management, and timely financial settlements. The role involves managing insurance coverage and claims, strengthening relationships with banks, insurers, brokers, and reinsurers, and driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
