Eligibility
BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management from an HEC-recognized university.
Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience in payroll, compensation, HR operations, or a related field will be preferred.
Strong numerical, analytical, and data management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
Job Description
Support day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and lifecycle activities.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and related HR processes.
Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, reports, and payroll records.
Coordinate with employees and departments on HR and payroll-related matters.
Support HR policies, process improvement, employee engagement, and other departmental activities.
