POSITIONS VACANT

The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications from highly motivated, qualified and competent individuals, for various positions (on lump-sum salary package) purely on contract basis initially for a period of One-Year extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Candidates having relevant qualification and experience, may apply for the following positions.

Positions:

SN 1: Director (Budget & Finance)

Age Limit: 50 Years

Interested candidates must apply ONLINE via the dedicated link: https://jobs.punjabhec.gov.pk/by 29th September, 2026. Applicants are required to upload an updated CV along with all relevant educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC, and any supporting documents at the time of ONLINE submission.

Incomplete applications, or those submitted/received through any means other than the online portal (e.g., by hand, courier, or email) shall be rejected.

Applications shall be considered only upon submission of the prescribed processing fee as follows:

Rs. 2,000/- for the positions mentioned at Serial No. 1–4

Rs. 1,500/- for the positions mentioned at Serial No. 5–6

The fee shall be payable in favor of the Punjab Higher Education Commission via Digital Transfer, or Deposit Slip to The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320). Applications without the required fee shall be considered incomplete and shall be rejected.

Applicants currently serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply through the proper channel.

Candidates must hold a domicile of Punjab.

Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.

Candidates who have already applied for the positions at Sr. Nos. 1, 2 & 5 advertised vide IPL-3742 are not required to apply afresh. Their previously submitted applications shall remain valid and shall be considered for the respective positions, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and all other applicable terms and conditions.

The above vacancies are purely on a contract basis. Hiring shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations of PHEC and the Government of the Punjab.

PHEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, or to withhold, terminate, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
